Shipping
All off the ceramic pieces are handmade in the Netherlands, but I do deliver worldwide.
Your order will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days after receipt of payment, and usually takes up to 2 business days for delivery in the Netherlands.
Outside the Netherlands the delivery time can take up to about 15 business days, depending on the postal carrier. During busy periods such a Christmas and holidays these timescales can some times double due to customs and the workloads of your local mail services dramatically increasing - I can not be held responsible for these delays. All items are send via postNL with a ‘Track and Trace’ code which will be send to you in an e-mail.

When shipping to countries outside of Europe, taxes, customs and import duties may be charged. The recipient of the package is responsible for these costs. These costs are not included in the prices or shipping costs stated on our website. If you refuse an order, you still owe these costs, as well as the costs incurred for returning the package.
Returns
All the ceramic pieces are made by hand, so a small deviation in size and color is possible from time to time.
Each item is described carefully, so please read the descriptions of the product for the dimensions and other information.
In case that you would like to return your ceramic piece, please send an e-mail to info@atelierterrae.com and make sure that you mention your order number.
Items can be returned within 14 business days. Please make sure that you pack the ceramic pieces carefully.
All of the ceramic items are carefully packed, but it is possible that your items will be damaged during transportation. Has your item been damaged during transport? Please contact me within 2 business days via info@atelierterrae.com
Please let me know the type of damage, including packaging, and please include some pictures.
Only in this way I can process your request.
I do not cover the cost of postage, taxes, customs or duties for returning items. Make sure to state 'return' on the customs form if you are returning from outside the EU. If costs are incurred by Atelier Terrae for a return shipment, these costs will be deducted from the refundable amount of the return shipment.
Your refund will be processed as soon as possible, no later than 14 business days after receipt of the returned items.
